Katy trained as an actor at Rose Bruford College. Her career developed to include directing, production & arts development. Having honed her skills with companies such as Theatre Centre, RSC & The Thorndike Theatre, Katy was one of the founding members of Theatre Exchange.
Katy has produced large-scale arts festivals in the region & award winning community arts programmes. She was a consulting agent on the national Creative Partnerships programme and is currently the lead for culture at Tandridge Trust and an associate for Culture Shift cic.
Vicky has been a professional Actor and Entertainer for over twenty years. She first Joined Theatre Exchange in 2004 and was thrilled that she could combine her love of history with performing and working with children. Over the years Vicky has entertained families up and down the country working for Merlin, Butlins, Disney and more recently returned from a contract in Dubai where she was Street Theatre manager at Global Village. Vicky is delighted to be back working as Arts Coordinator for Theatre Exchange. She enjoys the diverse nature of her role from booking and performing at workshops to being part of the creative team.
Adam studied Drama at Bristol University and has worked with Theatre Exchange as an actor and practitioner since September 2012. Recently he has toured with Theatre Hullabaloo in ‘Tiny Treasures’, raising awareness in northern schools about young carers, and co-founded Bucket Club whose debut show ‘Lorraine & Alan’ (of which he was Alan) has just finished an award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Adam can also be glimpsed in upcoming BBC Film ‘Pride’ and will be touring ‘Lorraine & Alan’ in 2015
Katrina has worked with a variety of theatre companies as an actor and drama facilitator delivering after school and educational workshops. She regularly assists and facilitates the termly, holiday and community outreach workshops for Polka Theatre and performed in their T.I.E shows in early 2015. Katrina graduated from Royal Holloway University with a BA in English and Drama. Since then she has gained extensive experience in puppetry and co-founded Cat&Hutch, where she adapts and performs in their shows.
Kat is an actor and drama facilitator based in SW London. She graduated from Kingston Art School after which she has pursued a career in drama facilitation and community arts practice. Kat works with a variety of arts organisations to design and deliver outreach arts and drama projects in school and community settings using drama, storytelling and film. Kat often works with young people and adults with complex social and educational needs using the arts as a catalyst for personal and social change. Kat also works as an event and documentary photographer.
Chloe is an actor and facilitator based in Sussex. She graduated from East 15 Drama School in 2014 and has since worked within theatre, film and television. She has performed at many festivals including Brighton, RADA and Edinburgh. Chloe also loves to perform within improvisation shows and has done lots of work within playback theatre. She has also directed shows with young people in Italy, The Netherlands and Russia. Chloe is an avid puppeteer and loves to create work that involves clowning, music and immersive storytelling.
Jack is an actor, director and drama facilitator from Surrey, who discovered an interest in theatre in education during his time studying BA Musical Theatre at Portsmouth University. Jack has worked on a variety of community and children’s theatre projects, devising and performing in work for hospitals and schools. As an emerging theatre director Jack is currently a member of the Directors Cut, where he is developing his directing craft at the Southwark Playhouse. His previous theatre work spans across a wide spectrum of musical theatre, immersive performance, contemporary plays and devised physical theatre.
Alex graduated from the University of Exeter with a Drama degree in 2006 and has been working with young people in drama and theatre ever since. He began his professional theatre career with Theatre Exchange as actor/workshop leader and education manager. He is now Artistic Director of Paper Balloon Theatre Company, and works freelance as a writer, performer and storyteller with companies including Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.
Charlie is an actor/practitioner trained at Goldsmiths and Drama Centre. Since graduating, he’s worked with a variety of London fringe and touring theatre companies - including Hobgoblin, White Horse, Dreampark & Skewbald Theatre. He joined Theatre Exchange as a workshop leader in 2018.
